Administrative Coordinator

Job location: Spain

Logistics and Warehouse Administrator – Madrid

We are looking for an administrator with 2–3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse, to manage orders, stock, shipments, returns, and invoicing.

Key Requirements:
• ERP (SAGE, SAP or similar)
• Excel and Office package
• High level of English (B2–C1) – daily use with international teams
• Experience in customer service and incident resolution
