Software Product Implementation Consultant (m/f/d)

Your Mission
You will support our team in the implementation of projects with our autonomous robotics shuttle transport systems. As an interface between software development and project realization at the customer, you will bring technical know-how, excellent communication skills and enjoyment of analyzing and solving problems.
You are part of the software development team and work closely with project teams.
After comprehensive training through mentoring, you will take over your area of responsibility independently.
You analyze technical problems from customer projects, obtain relevant data from the software and derive solutions from it.
You mediate between different departments to solve technical challenges together.
You create bug reports for software development and track their progress.
You communicate the status of problems and bugs transparently to colleagues from other areas.
You take on an expert role for our shuttle transport systems in customer communication and are closely involved in project realization.
You are KNAPP
You have a completed technical education (HTL, University or FH).
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment.
You have excellent communication skills to convey complex technical content understandably and to moderate meetings confidently.
You think interdisciplinarily – you can solve challenges creatively and systematically and keep an overview of complex contexts.
Basic programming knowledge is an advantage to fundamentally understand the software environment.
You have assertiveness and keep a cool head in challenging situations.
You have very good English skills (at least B2 level).
There is the possibility of small business trips (approx. 10%).
You are a team player! Cooperation at eye level is particularly important to us.
