We are currently looking for a strong, empathetic leader who will make a significant contribution to the further development of sales in the Alpine region of Austria and Switzerland.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Leadership and development of the sales teams in Austria and Switzerland.
Strategic management of key accounts.
Creation of customer-specific sales strategies in line with the overall strategy.
Continuous monitoring of key figures, sales forecasts and market analyses.
Full sales and profit responsibility for the Alpine region.
Essential interface function between local business, DACH management and the group.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Completed business degree or comparable commercial training (sales or management-related further training advantageous).
Several years of experience in key account management (preferably in the FMCG sector) and in the management of complex customer structures.
Several years of leadership experience with a structured, empathetic and stabilizing leadership approach as well as the ability to lead both directly and indirectly effectively.
Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality, negotiation skills and a confident demeanor.
Experience in cross-border project management.
High willingness to travel (regular travel within Austria and Switzerland).
Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

For this position, an annual gross salary from EUR 100,000 (excluding bonus) and company car are provided. The willingness to overpay according to your qualifications and professional experience is a matter of course.
