Your responsibilities – Service-oriented Site Manager
• Ensure smooth service deliveries across five offices in Central and Northern Jutland.
• Be the local contact person for stakeholders locally and for our tenants.
• Responsible for the outsourced services with focus on collaboration with service providers.
• Coordinate and lead daily service deliveries to internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize and develop service processes in collaboration with suppliers.
• Participate actively in local decision-making forums.
• Organize standby duty effectively
• Focus on continuous improvements and quality assurance via KPIs and SLAs.
• Support analysis of service data and develop action plans.
• Financial follow-up and budget management.

Your profile – Service-focused and data-driven
• At least 5 years of experience in Facility Management, service delivery and contract management.
• Skilled in financial management and data-driven decision making.
• Structured and detail-oriented, good at planning and prioritizing.
• Experience with change management and the ability to motivate others.
• Team player
• Fluent in English.
• Natural impact and ability to create relationships across organizational levels.
• Driving license for passenger cars is a requirement.
