Job location: Fiumicino, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, Italy
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing both commercial and administrative aspects, including personnel management, as well as all processes related to the management of spaces and sales material, warehouse management, and available stock. The main objective of the role is to increase the sales performance of the managed store. The Store Manager will have to balance customer satisfaction with achieving the sales targets assigned by the company.
Ensure the economic management of the Point of Sale according to company standards and requests, pursuing the sales and turnover objectives assigned.
Monitor and analyze data on Team performance (KPIs), managing attendance/absences, shifts, working hours, and scheduled holidays.
Organize and plan all store activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, based on the program defined by the company.
Manage the display of goods in the store, taking care of the image and attractiveness of the Point of Sale in accordance with company guidelines.
Record and allocate goods within the store warehouse.
Perform or provide support in the execution of the warehouse inventory.
Previous experience in structured organizations, preferably in the retail sector.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Employment contract: CCNL Commerce (Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector).
