For an international multinational with over 550 employees in Belgium – active in the field of insulation, scaffolding and asbestos removal in industry and construction – we are recruiting an HSEQ advisor for the Flanders region.
A selection from your tasks:
You offer practical support at the various locations in Flanders where extra attention is needed.
You are mainly actively present on the work floor and are a visible point of contact for safety during critical phases, such as e.g. turnarounds.
You perform safety rounds, workplace inspections and observation tours, with a focus on risks and practical work safety.
You detect unsafe situations and actively participate in the preparation and follow-up of preventive and corrective measures.
You supervise toolbox meetings, start-up meetings and work preparations with attention to safety and well-being.
You promote safety awareness on the work floor through daily coaching, exemplary behavior and direct feedback.
You register and analyze incidents and near-misses and participate in improvement actions.
